Source: The recombinant Human/Cynomolgus/Rhesus macaque ROR1 (165-305, Frizzled Domain) Protein, (amino acids Glu165-Asp305) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human/Cynomolgus/Rhesus macaque ROR1 (165-305, Frizzled Domain) protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 17 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 18-24 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human/Cynomolgus/Rhesus macaque ROR1 (165-305, Frizzled Domain) Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
