Source: The recombinant Human/Cynomolgus/Rhesus macaque CD28 Protein, (amino acids Asn19-Pro152) fused with a hFc tag at the N-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human/Cynomolgus/Rhesus macaque CD28 protein with the hFc tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 42.6 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 55-70 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human/Cynomolgus/Rhesus macaque CD28 protein with the N-hFc tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Anti-CD28 Antibody protein with the N-hFc tag with the EC50 of 46.3 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
