BP005778: Human VEGF165 Protein with No Tag

Source: The recombinant Human VEGF165 Protein, (amino acids Ala27-Arg191) fused with No Tag, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human VEGF165 Protein has a predicted MW of 19.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 20-30 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human VEGF165 at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human VEGFR2, mFc tag with the EC50 of 42.3 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human VEGF165 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Source: The recombinant Human VEGF165 Protein, (amino acids Ala27-Arg191) fused with a His-Avi tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human VEGF165 protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 22.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 28-35 kDa under reduced (R) condition, 45-60 kDa under Non reducing (N) condition based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human VEGF165 protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-VEGF165 Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 4.1 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
