BP005766: Human VEGF R2/KDR Protein with the C-mFc Tag
Source: The recombinant Human VEGF R2/KDR Protein, (amino acids Ala20-Glu764) fused with a mFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human VEGF R2/KDR protein with the mFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 110 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 150-200 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human VEGF165 protein with the C-mFc tag 1 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human VEGF R2 protein with the C-mFc tag with the EC50 of 42.3 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human VEGF R2/KDR Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human VEGF R2/KDR protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 86.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 115-140 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human VEGF R2 protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well). Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-VEGFR2 Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 5.5 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
