BP004879: Human TSLPR Protein with the C-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Human TSLPR Protein, (amino acids Gly25-Lys231) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human TSLPR protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 25.1 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 40-50 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human TSLPR protein with the C-His tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-TSLPR Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 6.2 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human TSLPR Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human TSLPR protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 50.8 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 60-75 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human TSLP (R127A, R130A) protein with the C-hFc tag at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/Well). Dose response curve for the recombinant Human TSLPR protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 4.0 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 9.21 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
