BP005316: Human TROP-2/TACSTD2 Protein with the C-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Human TROP-2/TACSTD2 Protein, (amino acids His27-Thr274) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human TROP-2/TACSTD2 protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 28.9 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 40-60 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human TROP-2 protein with the C-His tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well). Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-TROP-2 Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 7.1 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human TROP-2/TACSTD2 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human TROP-2/TACSTD2 protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 54.6 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 60-70 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human TROP-2 protein with the C-hFc tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Anti-TROP-2 Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 6.7 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
