BP005779: Human TRAIL Trimer Protein with the N-His-Flag Tag
Source: The recombinant Human TRAIL Trimer Protein, (amino acids Gly118-Gly281) fused with a His-Flag tag at the N-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human TRAIL Trimer protein with the His-Flag tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 60 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 55-65 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human TRAIL Trimer protein with the N-His-Flag tag at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human TRAIL R1 protein with the N-hFc tag with the EC50 of 4.9 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human TRAIL Trimer Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
