BP004959: Human TRAIL/TNFRSF10 Protein with No Tag
Source: The recombinant Human TRAIL/TNFRSF10 Protein, (amino acids Val114-Gly281) fused with No Tag, was produced in E.coli cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human TRAIL/TNFRSF10 Protein has a predicted MW of 19.6 kDa same as Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human TRAIL, No tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human TRAIL R1, hFc tag with the EC50 of 11.1 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 0.57 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human TRAIL/TNFRSF10 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
