BP004668: Human TNFRSF12A/TWEAKR Protein with the N-hFc Tag
Source: The recombinant Human TNFRSF12A/TWEAKR Protein, (amino acids Glu28-Per80) fused with a hFc tag at the N-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human TNFRSF12A/TWEAKR protein with the hFc tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 32.9 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 38-45 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human TNFRSF12A protein with the N-hFc tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Anti-TNFRSF12A Antibody protein with the N-hFc tag with the EC50 of 30.8 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 0.24 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human TNFRSF12A/TWEAKR Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
