BP005162: Human TNFR1/CD120a/TNFRSF1A Protein with the C-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Human TNFR1/CD120a/TNFRSF1A Protein, (amino acids Leu30-Thr211) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human TNFR1/CD120a/TNFRSF1A protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 23.3 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 38-48 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human TNFR1 protein with the C-His tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well). Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Human TNF alpha protein with the C-His tag with the EC50 of 16.5 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human TNFR1/CD120a/TNFRSF1A Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human TNF alpha protein with the C-hFc tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human TNFR1 protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 3.8 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
