BP005763: Human TGFBR1 Protein with the C-mFc-Avi Tag

Source: The recombinant Human TGFBR1 Protein, (amino acids Leu34-Glu125) fused with a mFc-Avi tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human TGFBR1 protein with the mFc-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 38.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 50-55 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Activity: The affinity constant of 0.35 uM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human TGFBR1 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
