BP005248: Human TGF-beta RII/TGFBR2 Protein with the C-mFc-Avi Tag
Source: The recombinant Human TGF-beta RII/TGFBR2 Protein, (amino acids Ile24-Asp159) fused with a mFc-Avi tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human TGF-beta RII/TGFBR2 protein with the mFc-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 44 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 55-70 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human Mature TGF beta 1 protein with the C-mFc-Avi tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human TGF-beta RII protein with the C-mFc tag with the EC50 of 3.8 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human TGF-beta RII/TGFBR2 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human Mature TGF beta 1 protein with the N-hFc tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human TGF-beta RII protein with the N-hFc tag with the EC50 of 11.0 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 2.21 uM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
