BP004198: Human SSTR2 Protein-VLP
Source: The recombinant Human SSTR2 Protein-VLP, (amino acids Met1-Ile369) , was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human SSTR2 Protein-VLP has a predicted MW of 42.7 kDa.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human SSTR2 VLP at 5 ug/ml on the plate (100 ul/Well). Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-SSTR2 Antibody, hFc tag with the EC50 of 19.6 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human SSTR2 Protein-VLP in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
