BP004677: Human SLAMF6/NTB-A Protein with the C-hFc Tag
Source: The recombinant Human SLAMF6/NTB-A Protein, (amino acids Gln22-Met226) fused with a hFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human SLAMF6/NTB-A protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 49.8 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 60-75 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human SLAMF6 protein with the C-hFc tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Anti-SLAMF6 Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 19.8 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human SLAMF6/NTB-A Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
