BP005782: Human SIRP alpha V4 Protein with the C-His-Avi Tag
Source: The recombinant Human SIRP alpha V4 Protein, (amino acids Glu31-Arg370(E33G, L44S, T50S, T52I, R54H)) fused with a His-Avi tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human SIRP alpha V4 protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 39.8 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 50-70 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human SIRP alpha V4 protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/Well). Dose response curve for the recombinant Human CD47 protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 44.3 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human SIRP alpha V4 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
