BP005283: Human Latent TGF beta 2/TGFB2 Protein with the N-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Human Latent TGF beta 2/TGFB2 Protein, (amino acids Leu21-Ser414) fused with a His tag at the N-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human Latent TGF beta 2/TGFB2 protein with the His tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 46.6 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 40-60 kDa&12-13 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Activity: The affinity constant of 2.21 uM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human Latent TGF beta 2/TGFB2 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
