Source: The recombinant Human IL-4 R alpha/CD124 Protein, (amino acids Gly24-His232) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human IL-4 R alpha/CD124 protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 24.7 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 45-70 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human IL-4 R alpha protein with the C-His tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/Well). Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Human IL-4 protein with the C-His tag with the EC50 of 6.1 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human IL-4 R alpha/CD124 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
