BP005385: Human GITR/TNFRSF18 Protein with the C-His Tag

Source: The recombinant Human GITR/TNFRSF18 Protein, (amino acids Gln26-Glu161) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human GITR/TNFRSF18 protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 15.4 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 25-28 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human GITR Ligand Trimer protein with the C-His tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human GITR protein with the C-His tag with the EC50 of 2.60 ug/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 4.47 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human GITR/TNFRSF18 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
