BP005024: Human GITR Ligand/TNFSF18 Trimer Protein with the N-monomeric hFc Tag
Source: The recombinant Human GITR Ligand/TNFSF18 Trimer Protein, (amino acids Gln50-Ser177) fused with a monomeric hFc tag at the N-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human GITR Ligand/TNFSF18 Trimer protein with the monomeric hFc tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 70.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 75-85 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: The affinity constant of 4.47 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human GITR Ligand/TNFSF18 Trimer Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human GITR Ligand/TNFSF18 Trimer protein with the His-Flag tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 47.5 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 50-70 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human GITR Ligand Trimer protein with the N-His-Flag tag at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human GITR protein with the N-hFc tag with the EC50 of 0.44 ug/ml determined by ELISA.
