BP004947: Human FGF21 Protein with the N-His Tag

Source: The recombinant Human FGF21 Protein, (amino acids His29-Ser209) fused with a His tag at the N-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human FGF21 protein with the His tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 20.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 25-30 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: The affinity constant of 20nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human FGF21 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Source: The recombinant Human FGF21 Protein, (amino acids His29-Ser209) fused with a mFc-Avi tag at the N-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human FGF21 protein with the mFc-Avi tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 46.9 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 52-60 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human FGF21 protein with the N-mFc-Avi tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human Beta Klotho protein with the N-His tag with the EC50 of 2.29 ug/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 0.54 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
