Source: The recombinant Human Fc gamma RIIIA/CD16a (V176) Domain 2 Protein, (amino acids Gly107-Thr189) fused with a mFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human Fc gamma RIIIA/CD16a (V176) Domain 2 protein with the mFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 35.29 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 40-50 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human Fc gamma RIIIA/CD16a (V176) Domain 2 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
