Source: The recombinant Human Claudin 4 Protein-VLP, (amino acids Met1-Val209) , was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human Claudin 4 Protein-VLP has a predicted MW of 23.31 kDa.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human Claudin 4 VLP at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-Claudin 4 Antibody, hFc tag with the EC50 of 18.4 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human Claudin 4 Protein-VLP in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
Shipping: The recombinant Human Claudin 4 Protein-VLP is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
