BP005031: Human CD79B Protein with the C-hFc Tag
Source: The recombinant Human CD79B Protein, (amino acids Ala29-Asp159) fused with a hFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human CD79B protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 41.9 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 50-60 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human CD79B protein with the C-hFc tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Anti-CD79B Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 10.5 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
