Source: The recombinant Human CD40 Ligand/TNFSF5 Trimer Protein, (amino acids Met113-Leu261) fused with a His-Flag tag at the N-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human CD40 Ligand/TNFSF5 Trimer protein with the His-Flag tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 52.4 kDa, Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 55 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:Immobilized recombinant Human CD40 Ligand Trimer protein with the N-His-Flag tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human CD40 protein with the N-hFc tag with the EC50 of 0.7 ug/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human CD40 Ligand/TNFSF5 Trimer Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human CD40 protein with the N-monomeric hFc tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human CD40 Ligand (Trimer) protein with the N-hFc Tag with the EC50 of 9.0 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test).
