Source: The recombinant Human BAFF/TNFSF13B/CD257 Trimer Protein, (amino acids Thr141-Leu285) fused with a monomeric hFc-Flag tag at the N-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human BAFF/TNFSF13B/CD257 Trimer protein with the monomeric hFc-Flag tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 74.9 kDa same as Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human BAFF (Trimer) protein with the N-monomeric hFc-Flag tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human BAFFR protein with the N-His tag with the EC50 of 1.45 ug/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 1.21 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human BAFF/TNFSF13B/CD257 Trimer Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
