Introduction
Hydroxyacid oxidase 1, also known as glycolate oxidase, GOX1, HAOX1 and HAO1, is an enzyme which belongs to the FMN-dependent alpha-hydroxy acid dehydrogenase family. HAO1 contains 1 FMN hydroxy acid dehydrogenase domain. HAO1 is expressed primarily in liver and pancreas. This protein has 2-hydroxyacid oxidase activity. Most HAO1 active on the 2-carbon substrate glycolate, but is also active on 2-hydroxy fatty acids, with high activity towards 2-hydroxy palmitate and 2-hydroxy octanoate.

Recombinant Human Hydroxyacid oxidase 1 (HAOX1) Enzyme is expressed with sequence (Met1-Ile370) of Human HAO1 fused with a TraxA/His tag at the N-terminus.
Purity: > 95% by SEC-HPLC and reducing SDS-PAGE.
Endotoxin: < 0.1 ng/ug (1 IEU/ug).
Formulation: 0.2 um filtered solution of 20 mM PB, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.2.
