Introduction
Glioma pathogenesis-related protein 1 (GLIPR1) is a member of CRISP family.It is a single-pass membrane protein with 266 AA. GLIPR1 is highly expressed in lung and kidney. Highly expressed in cell lines derived from nervous system tumors arising from glia. GLIPR1 is lowly expressed in heart and liver. Lowly expressed in non-glial-derived nervous system tumor cell lines. GLIPR1 is expressed only in brain tumor glioblastoma multiforme/astrocytoma and not in other nervous system tumors or adult tissues or normal fetal.

Formulation: Lyophilized at 1 ug/ml in 20 mM PBS.
Reconstitution: We recommend a quick spin followed by reconstitution of Novoprotein Recombinant Human GLIPR1 in sterile 18 MΩ-cm H2O not less than 100 ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to working solutions.
