Introduction
Glucose-fructose oxidoreductase domain-containing protein 1 (GFOD1), also known as ADG-90 and C6orf114, is a member of the Gfo/Idh/MocA family. GFOD1 is a secreted protein and localizes to the extracellular region. GFOD1 has three spliced transcript isoforms. GFOD1 molecular has the nucleotide binding activity and oxidoreductase activity.
