Introduction
Growth arrest and DNA damage-inducible protein GADD45 beta, also known as GADD45B and MyD118, is a member of the GADD45 family. GADD45B has been shown to interact with MAP3K4, ASK1, MAP2K7 and GADD45GIP1. GADD45B is involved in the regulation of growth and apoptosis. GADD45B reacts to environmental stresses by mediating activation of stress-responsive MTK1/MEKK4 kinase, which is an upstream activator of both p38 and JNK MAPKs. In addition, GADD45b is participated in down-regulated of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). It may be serve as a possible therapeutic targe.

Recombinant Human Growth Arrest and DNA Damage-Inducible Protein GADD45 ?/GADD45B is expressed with sequence (Met1-Arg160) of Human GADD45B fused with a 6His tag at both the N-terminus and the C-terminus.
Purity: > 95% by SEC-HPLC and reducing SDS-PAGE.
Endotoxin: < 0.1 ng/ug (1 EU/ug).
Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.2 um filtered solution of 20 mM PB, 150 mM NaCl, pH7.4.
Reconstitution: Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 ug/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in 1X PBS. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
Shipping: The product is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
