Description

Introduction
Fc receptor-like protein 1, also named FcR-like protein 1, FcRL1, Fc receptor homolog 1, FcRH1, IFGP family protein 1, hIFGP1 and Immune receptor translocation-associated protein 5, is a single-pass type I membrane protein which may function as an activating coreceptor in B cells. FcRH1 primarily expressed in secondary lymphoid tissues by mature subsets of B cells. Detected in spleen, lymph node, heart, skeletal muscle, kidney, liver and placenta. Specifically expressed by mature B lineage cells with higher expression in naive versus memory B cells (at protein level). FcRH1 contains three extracellular C2-like immunoglobulin domains, a transmembrane domain and a cytoplasmic domain with two immunoreceptor-tyrosine activation motifs and may play a role in the regulation of cancer cell growth.

BP001447-C607: Recombinant Human Fc receptor-like protein 1 (FCRL1)

Source: HEK 293-derived.
Recombinant Human Fc receptor-like protein 1 (FCRL1) is expressed with sequence (Ala17-Asn303) of Human FCRL1 fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
Purity: > 95% by SEC-HPLC and reducing SDS-PAGE.
Endotoxin: < 0.1 ng/ug (1 IEU/ug).
Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.2 um filtered solution of 20 mM PBS, 150 mM NaCl, 1 mM EDTA, pH7.4.
Reconstitution: Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 ug/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in 1X PBS. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping: The product is shipped at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
12 months from date of receipt, -20 to -70°C as supplied.
1 month, 2 to 8°C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
3 months, -20 to -70°C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
