Introduction
CD32B, also known as Fc Gamma RIIB, is a low affinity receptor that recognize the Fc portion of IgG. Human CD32 group consists of Fc Gamma RIIA, B and C proteins that share 94-99% amino acid identity in their extracellular domains but differ substantially in their transmembrane and cytoplasmic domains. Fc Gamma RII proteins is expressed on cells of both myeloid and lymphoid lineages as well as on cells of non-hematopoietic origin. CD32B has an intrinsic cytoplasmic immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motif (ITIM) and delivers an inhibitory signal upon ligand binding. Ligation of CD32B on B cells downregulates antibody production and may, in some circumstances, promote apoptosis. Co-ligation of CD32B on dendritic cells inhibits maturation and blocks cell activation. CD32B may also be a target for monoclonal antibody therapy for malignancies. CD32B plays an important negative-regulating role through modulating the signals from activation receptors.

Recombinant Human Fc Gamma RIIB (FCGR2B) Protein is expressed with sequence (Thr43-Pro217) of Human FCGR2B.
Purity: > 95% by SEC-HPLC and reducing SDS-PAGE.
Endotoxin: < 0.1 ng/ug (1 IEU/ug).
Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.2 um filtered solution of 20 mM PB, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.2.
Reconstitution: Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 ug/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in 1X PBS. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
Shipping: The product is shipped at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
