Description

Introduction
Exostosin-Like 3 (EXTL3) is a single-pass type II membrane protein that belongs to the Glycosyltransferase 47 family. EXTL3 is found in the endoplasmic reticulum. EXTL3 is involved in the biosynthesis of heparan sulfate proteoglycans and Glycan metabolism. Mutations of EXTL proteins are associated with the development of multiple exostoses (benign bone growths) and cancer.

BP002665-C342: Recombinant Human Exostosin-Like 3 (EXTL3) Protein

Source: HEK 293-derived.
Recombinant Human Exostosin-Like 3 (EXTL3) Protein is expressed with sequence (Thr52-Leu919) of Human EXTL3.
Purity: > 95% by SEC-HPLC and reducing SDS-PAGE.
Endotoxin: < 0.1 ng/ug (1 IEU/ug).
Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.2 um filtered solution of 20 mM PB, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.2.
Reconstitution: Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 ug/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in 1X PBS. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
