Description

Introduction
Ephrin-B1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the EFNB1 gene. This gene encodes a member of the ephrin family. The encoded protein is a type I membrane protein and a ligand of Eph-related receptor tyrosine kinases. It may play a role in cell adhesion and function in the development or maintenance of the nervous system.

PA001530-A0916: EFNB1 (Phospho-Tyr317) Polyclonal Antibody

Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody.
Specificity/Sensitivity: EFNB1 (Phospho-Tyr317) antibody detects endogenous levels of EFNB1 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 317.
Applications: WB: 1:500~1:1000 ELISA: 1:10000.
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat.
Immunogen: The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human EFNB1 around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 317 (P-H-YP-E-K).
Purification: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Form of Antibody: Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.

Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20°C and 3 months at 4°C. For maximum recovery of the product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and before removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
