BP005393: Cynomolgus Siglec-15/CD33L3 Protein with the C-His-Avi Tag
Source: The recombinant Cynomolgus Siglec-15/CD33L3 Protein, (amino acids Met60-Thr322) fused with a His-Avi tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Cynomolgus Siglec-15/CD33L3 protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 29.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migratesto 33-43 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Cynomolgus Siglec-15 protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-Siglec-15 Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 5.6 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Cynomolgus Siglec-15/CD33L3 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
