Description

Introduction
Chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand (CXCL7) is a small cytokine belonging to the CXC chemokine family. It is a protein that is released in large amounts from platelets following their activation. It stimulates various processes including mitogenesis, synthesis of extracellular matrix, glucose metabolism and synthesis of plasminogen activator.

BP000300-C056: Recombinant Human C-X-C Motif Chemokine Ligand 7 (CXCL7) Protein

Source: E. coli-derived.
Recombinant Human C-X-C Motif Chemokine Ligand 7 (CXCL7) Protein is a single non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 70 amino acids with a molecular mass of 7.6 kD.
N-terminal sequence analysis: Ala-Glu-Leu-Arg-Cys.
Endotoxin: < 0.1 ng/ug (1 IEU/ug).
Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.2 um filtered solution of 20 mM PB, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.4.
Reconstitution: Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 ug/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in 1X PBS. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping: The product is shipped at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
12 months from date of receipt, -20 to -70°C as supplied.
1 month, 2 to 8°C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
3 months, -20 to -70°C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
