Description

BP004113: Biotinylated Human Mature TGF beta 3 Protein with the C-Avi Tag

Source: The recombinant Biotinylated Human Mature TGF beta 3 Protein, (amino acids Ala301-Ser412) fused with a Avi tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Biotinylated Human Mature TGF beta 3 protein with the Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 14.53 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 15-20 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human TGF-beta RII protein with the C-Avi tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Human Mature TGF beta 3 protein with the C-Avi tag with the EC50 of 19.3 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Biotinylated Human Mature TGF beta 3 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Shipping: The recombinant Biotinylated Human Mature TGF beta 3 Protein is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
12 months from date of receipt, -20 to -70°C as supplied.
1 week, 2 to 8°C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
6 months, -20 to -70°C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
