BP005190: Biotinylated Human GPRC5D Protein-VLP
Source: The recombinant Biotinylated Human GPRC5D Protein-VLP, (amino acids Met1-Val345) , was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Biotinylated Human GPRC5D Protein-VLP has a predicted MW of 39.6 kDa.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human CD3E&CD3D, hFc tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Add serial dilutions of Anti-CD3×GPRC5D Bispecific Antibody, hFc tag in 10% Human Serum and then add various dilution ratio of Biotinylated Human GPRC5D VLP. Detection was performed using HRP-conjugated streptavidin with the EC50 of 75.5 ng/ml determined by ELISA. The affinity constant of 0.30 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Biotinylated Human GPRC5D Protein-VLP in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
Shipping: The recombinant Biotinylated Human GPRC5D Protein-VLP is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
