BP005063: Biotinylated Human CLEC12A/MICL/CLL-1 Protein with the N-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Biotinylated Human CLEC12A/MICL/CLL-1 Protein, (amino acids His65-Ala265) fused with a His tag at the N-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Biotinylated Human CLEC12A/MICL/CLL-1 protein with the His tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 26.4 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 38-50 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Biotinylated Human CLEC12A protein with the N-His tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the streptavidin precoated plate (5 ug/ml). Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-CLEC12A Antibody protein with the N-hFc tag with the EC50 of 29.6 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Biotinylated Human CLEC12A/MICL/CLL-1 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
