BP004234: Biotinylated Human B7-H6 Protein with the C-His-Avi Tag
Source: The recombinant Biotinylated Human B7-H6 Protein, (amino acids Asp25-Ser262) fused with a His-Avi tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Biotinylated Human B7-H6 protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 29.6 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 48-65 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: The affinity constant of 0.227 uM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Biotinylated Human B7-H6 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
