Source: The recombinant Biotinylated Human 4-1BB Ligand/TNFSF9 Trimer Protein, (amino acids Arg71-Glu254) fused with a monomeric hFc tag at the N-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Biotinylated Human 4-1BB Ligand/TNFSF9 Trimer protein with the monomeric hFc tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 84.3 kDa same as Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human 4-1BB protein with the N-monomeric hFc tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Human 4-1BB Ligand (Trimer) protein with the N-hFc tag with the EC50 of 27.1 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
