BP005174: Mouse CD27/TNFRSF7 Protein with the C-mFc Tag
Source: The recombinant Mouse CD27/TNFRSF7 Protein, (amino acids Pro24-Arg182) fused with a mFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Mouse CD27/TNFRSF7 protein with the mFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 44.3 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 60-70 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Mouse CD27 protein with the C-mFc tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Mouse CD27 Ligand protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 35.5 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Mouse CD27/TNFRSF7 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
