Background Information:
AZD1480 is a potent, selective and orally active ATP-competitive inhibitor of JAK1 and JAK2 with IC?? of 1.3 nM and 0.26 nM, respectively. Inhibits signaling and proliferation of Jak2 V617F cell lines in vitro, demonstrates in vivo efficacy in a TEL-Jak2 model, and potently blocks Stat3 signaling and Ontogenesis in solid tumors, currently in clinical trials.
