Background Information:
AZD1152 (Barasertib) is a cell-permeable, highly selective Aurora Kinase B inhibitor (>1000 fold selectivity over Aurora A) with Ki at low nM. It is a pro-drug, converted rapidly through dephosphorylation in vivo to the active ingredient AZD1152-HQPA (Our Prod. No: CT-A1152H).
