Background
A single-chain variable fragment (scFv) is a fusion protein of the variable regions of the heavy (VH) and light chains (VL) of immunoglobulins, connected with a short linker peptide of ten to about 25 amino acids. This protein retains the specificity of the original immunoglobulin, despite removal of the constant regions and the introduction of the linker.

Recombinant anti-N-FLAG scFv-Fc protein is scFv of a FLAG antibody developed using an N-terminal FLAG-tagged protein fused with human IgG1 Fc protein at the C-terminus.
Purity: >95% by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Formulation: 0.2 μM filtered solution of 100 mM HEPES, 0.2% sodium acetate, pH 6.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU/ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
