Source: The anti-mouse T15 VH and T15 VL regions of IgM monoclonal antibody (clone: AB1-2) was produced in mammalian cells.
Specificity/Sensitivity: The in vivo grade recombinant mouse monoclonal antibody (clone: AB1-2) specifically binds to mouse T15 VH and T15 VL regions of IgM.
Applications: ELISA, neutralization, functional assays such as bioanalytical PK and ADA assays, and those assays for studying biological pathways affected by the mouse T15 VH and T15 VL regions of IgM protein.
