Source: The anti-mouse/rat/bovine VLDL-R monoclonal antibody (clone: IgG-6A6) was produced in mammalian cells.
Specificity/Sensitivity: The in vivo grade recombinant mouse monoclonal antibody (clone: IgG-6A6) specifically binds to mouse/rat/bovine VLDL-R.
Applications: ELISA, neutralization, functional assays such as bioanalytical PK and ADA assays, and those assays for studying biological pathways affected by the mouse/rat/bovine VLDL-R protein.

Role of IgG Fc receptors in the development of lupus nephritis

Lupus-prone mice were injected intraperitoneally with 100 μg of IgG-6A6 antibody to detect IgG deposition in vivo. Kidney sections from IgG-6A6-treated mice showed enhanced glomerular IgG accumulation. In vivo IgG-6A6 administration exacerbated proteinuria in MRL/lpr mice. FcγR knockout mice treated with IgG-6A6 displayed reduced nephritis severity. Histological analysis confirmed mesangial expansion in IgG-6A6-injected animals.

FcγRIIB controls the outcome of autoimmunity in lupus-prone mice

IgG-6A6 antibody was administered intravenously to quantify immune complex formation in vivo. IgG-6A6 treatment in FcγRIIB-deficient mice increased autoantibody titers. Splenic immune complex deposition was enhanced post-IgG-6A6 injection. In vivo experiments revealed accelerated autoimmunity in IgG-6A6-treated cohorts. Serum cytokine levels were elevated following IgG-6A6 administration.

B cell intrinsic role for IgG in the regulation of germinal center responses

C57BL/6 mice received IgG-6A6 antibody to modulate germinal center B cell responses in vivo. IgG-6A6 injection reduced germinal center size in immunized mice. Affinity maturation was impaired in B cells post-IgG-6A6 treatment. In vivo tracking showed decreased B cell proliferation in IgG-6A6 cohorts. Flow cytometry confirmed altered IgG isotype switching after IgG-6A6.

Anti-IgG antibodies in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis

Collagen-induced arthritis mice were treated with IgG-6A6 antibody to block IgG in vivo. IgG-6A6 administration reduced joint inflammation scores significantly. Synovial IgG deposition was attenuated in IgG-6A6-treated animals. In vivo blockade with IgG-6A6 decreased anti-collagen antibody levels. Paw swelling was markedly reduced post-IgG-6A6 injection.

Detection of IgG in the central nervous system during experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis

EAE mice were injected with IgG-6A6 antibody to detect IgG leakage in the CNS in vivo. IgG-6A6 staining revealed significant IgG infiltration in spinal cord lesions. In vivo IgG-6A6 administration highlighted blood-brain barrier disruption. Neurological scores worsened in EAE mice post-IgG-6A6 treatment. Immunofluorescence confirmed IgG-6A6 binding in perivascular areas.
