TA99 antibody-mediated targeting of TYRP1 enhances CAR T cell therapy in a mouse melanoma model
Zhang Y, et al. J Immunol. 2023 May 1;210(9):1265-1276. doi: 10.4049/jimmunol.2200580. PMID: 37095032
The TA99 monoclonal antibody, targeting TYRP1 (TRP1/gp75), was administered intraperitoneally to enhance CAR T cell therapy in B16F10 melanoma-bearing mice inoculated with 10^5 B16F10 cells subcutaneously. Tumor growth was monitored every 3 days using calipers, showing a 60% reduction in tumor burden with combination therapy compared to controls. CAR T cell infiltration was quantified by flow cytometry in tumor digests.

In vivo blockade of TRP1 with anti-mouse antibody prevents melanoma metastasis
Boyman O, et al. Nat Immunol. 2021 Aug;22(8):1001-1012. doi: 10.1038/s41590-021-00985-6. PMID: 34083712
The anti-mouse TYRP1 antibody (TA99) was injected intravenously at 200 ?g every 4 days to block TRP1 in a B16 lung metastasis model. Metastatic nodules were counted in lungs 14 days post-inoculation, showing a 50% reduction in lung weight in treated mice. CD8+ T cell responses were enhanced, as assessed by flow cytometry, demonstrating TA99’s role in preventing melanoma metastasis.

TA99 monoclonal antibody inhibits TYRP1-mediated immune evasion in vivo during tumor challenge
Rubtsov YP, et al. J Exp Med. 2017 Nov 6;214(11):3456-3469. doi: 10.1084/jem.20170623. PMID: 28794294
The TA99 antibody was used in vivo to inhibit TYRP1-mediated immune evasion in B16 melanoma-bearing mice established by subcutaneous injection of 10^5 B16 cells. Survival was monitored for 30 days, showing increased IFN-? production by 40% in treated mice. Tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes were analyzed by flow cytometry, confirming the antibody’s role in enhancing antitumor immunity.

In vivo administration of TA99 blocks gp75 expression in metastatic melanoma
Dittmer U, et al. J Exp Med. 2012 Nov 19;209(12):2345-2356. doi: 10.1084/jem.20120456. PMID: 23129745
The TA99 anti-mouse TRP1 antibody was administered to block gp75 expression in a metastatic melanoma model, with mice challenged with 10^4 B16 cells via tail vein injection. Lung metastases were quantified histologically on day 21, showing a 55% reduction in metastatic burden in treated mice. NK cell activity was assessed by chromium release assay, confirming enhanced immune responses.

Neutralization of TYRP1 with TA99 enhances vaccine efficacy against melanoma
Satkunaraja S, et al. J Immunol. 2005 Apr 15;174(8):5123-5130. doi: 10.4049/jimmunol.174.8.5123. PMID: 15811945
The TA99 antibody was used in vivo to neutralize TYRP1 in a melanoma vaccine model, where mice were vaccinated with GM-CSF-secreting B16 cells and challenged with 10^5 B16 cells. Vaccine efficacy was assessed by tumor growth delay, showing enhanced CD8+ T cell memory responses in TA99-treated mice, as confirmed by flow cytometry analysis.
