BP005375: Human BAFF/TNFSF13B/CD257 Trimer Protein with the N-His-Flag Tag
Source: The recombinant Human BAFF/TNFSF13B/CD257 Trimer Protein, (amino acids Thr141-Leu285) fused with a His-Flag tag at the N-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human BAFF/TNFSF13B/CD257 Trimer protein with the His-Flag tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 52.4 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 53-60 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human BAFF Trimer protein with the N-His-Flag tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well). Dose response curve for the recombinant Human BAFFR protein with the N-hFc tag with the EC50 of 37.8 ng/ml determined by ELISA. The affinity constant of 6.59 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human BAFF/TNFSF13B/CD257 Trimer Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
