Description:
$3 800 for a standard 24-week hybridoma development program. Guaranteed ELISA > 1:40 000
Phase I: Immunization and boosts of 5 rats following the standard immunization protocol.
Phase II: Fusion and ELISA screening. Out of 1 200 to 3 000 cells screened, about 300 microliter supernatants from 10 ELISA positive cells will be sent to customers for evaluation.
Phase III: Subcloning and expansion. All clones selected by the customer will be subcloned by limiting dilution, isotyped, and expanded.
Four mg of peptide (purity > 85%, length > 12 amino acids) or soluble protein (concentration > 0.4 mg/ml, purity > 90%, molecular weight > 20 kDa) is required for immunization, and additional 5 mg for antigen affinity purification.
We will deliver 50 ul of pre-immune serum, about 300 ul supernatants from 10 ELISA positive cells for evaluation, 2 positive hybridoma cell lines, 10 ml cell culture supernatant, remaining antigens, and ELISA results.
