BP005633: Biotinylated Human IL-2 R beta/CD122 Protein with the C-His-Avi Tag
Source: The recombinant Biotinylated Human IL-2 R beta/CD122 Protein, (amino acids Ala27-Asp239) fused with a His-Avi tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Biotinylated Human IL-2 R beta/CD122 protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 27.5 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 40-50 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human IL-15Ra&IL-15 protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Human IL-2 R beta protein with the C-His tag with the EC50 of 0.16 ug/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 0.079 uM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Biotinylated Human IL-2 R beta/CD122 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
